1. Purpose
These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of the TiROiR mobile application and website (hereinafter the “Service”), published by TiROiR (hereinafter “we”, “our”).
By creating an account or using the Service, you accept these Terms without reservation. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use the Service.
2. Description of the service
TiROiR is a personal inventory management application. It allows users to photograph their belongings, automatically generate descriptive entries using artificial intelligence, organize their belongings into collections, estimate their market value, attach documents (invoices, user manuals, insurance documents), and share selections of belongings via public links.
3. Account creation
Use of the Service requires the creation of an account, associated with a valid email address and a password. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity carried out from your account.
The Service is intended for people aged at least 13. By creating an account, you declare that you meet this age requirement.
4. Premium subscription
TiROiR offers a free version with limited usage quotas (number of items, AI analyses and photos per item), as well as a paid Premium subscription that removes these limits.
Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store at the prices displayed at the time of purchase. They renew automatically unless canceled, which is done directly from your Apple account settings. No refund is possible outside Apple's standard policies.
Free trial periods, when offered, automatically convert into a paid subscription at the end of the trial, unless canceled beforehand.
5. User content
You retain all intellectual property rights in the photos, descriptions and documents you upload to the Service (“User Content”).
By uploading User Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license, necessary for the storage, display and processing of this content as part of the operation of the Service (in particular artificial intelligence analysis and the generation of share links that you explicitly configure).
You are solely responsible for the User Content you upload. You undertake not to publish content that is unlawful, infringes the rights of third parties, or is contrary to public order.
6. Share links
The Service allows you to generate public links giving read-only access to a selection of items of your choice. You are solely responsible for the information you choose to make accessible via these links, and for the people with whom you share them.
7. Artificial intelligence
The descriptions, categorizations and value estimates generated by artificial intelligence are provided for information purposes only. They do not in any way constitute a professional appraisal, particularly in matters of insurance, taxation or the valuation of antiques. We do not guarantee the accuracy of this automatically generated information.
8. Availability of the service
We strive to ensure the continuous availability of the Service, without guaranteeing that it will be free from interruptions, in particular for maintenance operations. We cannot be held liable for temporary interruptions of the Service.
9. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all liability for indirect damages resulting from the use of, or the inability to use, the Service, including loss of data.
We recommend that you keep a backup copy of your important documents (invoices, proof of insurance) outside the Service.
10. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from the app or by contacting us at support@tiroir.app. Deleting your account results in the erasure of your data in accordance with our privacy policy.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account in the event of a breach of these Terms.
11. Changes to the Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Any material change will be notified to you by email or in the app at least 30 days before it takes effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or performance falls within the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts, subject to the mandatory provisions applicable to consumers.
